Restaurant Table Runner

San Antonio, TX | Temp-to-Hire | $13.00 Per Hour

Manpower is currently seeking a dependable and energetic Restaurant Table Runner to support a well-respected authentic Indian restaurant in San Antonio. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service while ensuring guests receive their meals promptly and accurately.

Compensation

$13.00 Per Hour

Schedule

This position requires a commitment to 6 days per week, including weekends , and consists of 12+ hour split shifts each scheduled workday.

Daily Shift Breakdown:

• 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Unpaid Break: 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
• 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Candidates must be comfortable working extended days and maintaining a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables
• Verify table numbers and confirm orders before delivery
• Safely carry multiple plates and food items throughout the restaurant
• Support servers to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the dining area
• Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Assist with operational needs during peak service periods
• Contribute to an exceptional guest experience through professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience or experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Strong commitment to hospitality and service excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to safely carry multiple plates and trays
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
